The Patient Participation Group at Martlesham Heath surgery comprises a small group of friendly volunteers who meet once a quarter, committed to supporting our practice and improving services to patients. For example, recent discussions have been about the new waiting room for patients. The practice has taken on board our feedback and is actively considering options for the future.
Our current chair is in his 5th and final year of carrying out this role, so we are seeking a new volunteer to join us, with a view to taking over this role from the end of 2026. A key requirement is that you must be a patient of this practice.
