"Shore to Shore without a boat"

Gareth Thomas' father-in-law was a Cumbrian and introduced Gareth to fell walking.
 
In this talk, Gareth re-traces the family connection and then completes the famous Wainwright  Coast to Coast Walk, stretching  190 miles from  St Bees Head on the East coast to Robin Hood's Bay on the West, passing through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors.
 
Nobody tells it like Gareth and there will be lot's of stories and photographs, a bit like Julia Bradbury but without the autocue.
