on Sunday 19th May

This year’s Open Gardens Event and Scarecrow Competition is part of the St Elizabeth Hospice Great Garden Trail appeal across Suffolk.

Following last year’s amazing display of scarecrows, we are again holding a fun competition to accompany the event, open to all. Once again small prizes and certificates will be awarded to winners in the following categories: The Best Scarecrow for Scaring Birds, The best use of recycled materials and The People’s Choice.

We have got some pledged to take part but still need a few more, so if you would like to open your garden for the day or require more details please contact Betsy on 736506 or betsyr@talk21.com We also need to borrow a few small tea pots for the day – if you can lend us some, please contact Alexis on 736257 or g1dik@btinternet.com
