STARTS 26/1 ON THURSDAY 

New fitness classes at waldringfield village hall

(suitable for men and women and children with options so if you are completely deconditioned or a bit of an athlete you will get a good work out)

6.15 -7.00 Zumbatomic aged 4+ (possibly younger if they have aptitude) £3.50
7.10-8.00 adults and 12 plus teens (Suitable for all levels including absolute beginners) £4.50
